ikkonic turns modular housing into a clear, design-led product platform. Mid-century-inspired homes and ADUs are offered as a family of pre-designed models that can be customized via a digital configurator and tracked through a transparent client portal with milestone visibility and upfront pricing. Instead of reinventing the house each time, the system integrates architecture, manufacturing, and delivery into a single streamlined experience.

What gives ikkonic its character is the balance between precision and warmth. The homes are built to exceed Passive House standards and are designed for net-zero performance, yet they remain tactile, livable, and clearly residential in feel. The goal is not just to build faster, but to make high-performance housing feel resolved from day one, beautifully detailed, technically disciplined, and easy to understand as a product.

Ikkonic gave me the opportunity to work as an executive, driving perspective and helping our team bring product development, design, operations, and delivery together into one coherent platform. The work was not simply about producing homes; it was about building a complete process around them, one that made the experience clearer for clients and more aligned for the teams delivering it. My vision of this product centered on connecting people and priorities, maintaining direction, and helping ensure that the product and the process evolved together.
